sent e-mails to several in an atem tonight discredit kelley. she had classified information stored on her computer. >> weeks after sandy slams the door we are wondering why it took the red cross so long to reach some of the hardest hit areas. they sent staff and supplies to areas barely touched by the storm in order to avoid damaging the supplies. it took the red cross three-days after sandy to arrive in new york city. we are also finding out that fema nay not have been as prepared as it could have been. >> the hearing is set today for accused movie massacre gunman james homes. holmes reportedly tried to kill himself several times in jail.

called 911 for help and didn't get it. they are investigated the family has been waiting for more than two months. i would like to -- for to you address the families if you can on 9-11 as commander-in-chief did you issue any orders to try to protect their life? >> i will address the families not through the press. i will address the families directly as i already have. we will provide all the information that is available about what happened on that day. that's what the investigations are for. as i said repeatedly if people don't think we did everything we can to make sure that we saved the lives of folks who i sent there, and who were carrying out missions on behalf of the united states then you don't know how

unauthorized by that country entry into their airspace. i think it is critical that be released. >> will it be released, though, tony, do you think? >> the thing is we all know what happened now. there can't be any classified reason to release it. that's the point there. has to be a specific order to aut rides. if what the president is saying is true they should turn over the alert order or authorization order to do this. that's what congress is asking for that's what i have asked congress they should ask for in the discussions i have had over there. it is a piece of parp or authorization document. >> what is this called an authorization document? >> it is an authorization border which authorizes certain things to happen. >> that would have gone from the president to who>> to probably leon pin panetta secretary of
